5) Mistico & Rush b Euforia & Mephisto
Tecnicos took 2/3 to win.

Looked full. Not a big building.

CMLL (SUN) 09/23/2012 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [El Occidental (4), Fuego en el Ring]
1) Sádico & Thunder Boy b Azteca de Oro & Javier Cruz Jr.
Javier Cruz’s results have gotten a lot worse since Javier Cruz stopped wrestling here…
2) El Divino & Virgo b Demonio Maya & Magnum
3) In Memoriam b Esfinge
In Memoriam got small revenge by beating the man who took his mask.
4) Metatrón & Sagrado b Exterminador & Maléfico
Tecnicos took 1/3, Sagrado pinned Malefico for the deciding pin.
5) Euforia & Mephisto b Rush & Titán
Euforia got away with a foul on Titan to set up a singles match next week.

The opener from Sunday’s IWRG show was Saruman & Serpiente de Oro b Epidemia & Infierno Kid – straight falls for the tecnicos, credited to Saruman.

CMLL announced Toma Tonga will arrive in Mexico on 10/10, so his first match will probably be 10/12 (Friday.) They do not specify if he’s a rudo or tecnico. I think they’re hinting rudo, but may be reading too much in to it.

Rush, in an an interview with Fuego en el Ring, says he loved having the people hate him after his match on the Anniversary show. Rush looked very unhappy on TV. Rush is very upset with people who say he used an illegal move to win, because he’s used the same move to beat Yoshihashi, win titles, and win in Japan. Yoshihashi complained about the move being illegal then too (and they really shouldn’t have had Rush win that way if they didn’t want him to be booed, which I choose to believe is a sign of where things are headed.) Rush also takes credit for running Texano off to AAA. He didn’t want to face Rush in a hair match, you see. Rush also says he’s heading to Japan soon; there’s a heavyweight tag team tournament in November where he could be involved.

QPPLC has their video recap of the Monterrey tryouts from last month. I did not know the Monterrey Gemelos are actually from Queretaro. The second tryouts took place this past weekend in Campeche, but finalists names have not surfaced. (We need a luchalibreencampeche.com!)

Neither of the two feuds from last week are followed up this week. They may be saving them for 10/07.

That lightning match looks fantastic.

Artillero & Super Comando seem to be slightly moving up on cards if only because the newer guys are forcing them up.
