Dark Angel, Goya Kong, Lady Apache vs La Seductora, Princesa Sugheit, Tiffany: CMLL has a weird policy of giving every match the same time every week, no matter if it’s going two falls of three. This one really could’ve used a third less time, especially in the overly long third fall. Rudas had to do everything they knew to stretch it out, and not to any real point. For all the ruda offense, there’s no sense Seductora could beat Goya (just that Goya could slip on a banana peal and lose in a screw way.)
La Sombra, Marco Corleone, Máscara Dorada vs Dragón Rojo Jr., Volador Jr., Yujiro: A match that seemed like just a typical TV match but with guys trying a little more got really fun in the last few minutes. Everyone got their chance to shine and looked good, timing was really good on a few spots (like Marco’s Aero Italiano.) One of the better matches of the week.
