Ephesto vs Stuka Jr. in a lightning match: felt badly paced; nothing the first couple minutes, then rushed to all the big stuff. The big stuff lasted long enough that it came back around to working, though more variety would’ve been nice. Finish was out of nowhere but works with that hold.
Aereo, Astral, Eléctrico vs Mercurio, Pequeño Nitro, Pequeño Olímpico: surprisingly good minis match. Rudos were really great on offense for the first two falls and the técnicos all looked good in the third fall. The rudos double teams were all really good. Not sure where they’re going with the recent DQ finishes.
Black Warrior, Delta, Guerrero Maya Jr. vs Kráneo, Psicosis, Rey Escorpion: CMLL’s done as best an in-ring job of building up Rey Escorpion vs Black Warrior as possible (without actually giving them wins over anyone besides each other.) Warrior being a rudo is what the people want to see out of him, maybe that would’ve been better teased before the last week, but I think they’ve generally got people into this feud as much as could be expected.
