Lucha Libre in Japan
06/10 NJPW: Jado [O] & Gedo b Angel de Oro & Daisuke Sasaki [X]
Angel de Oro’s only non-tournament match of the tour. Diasuke was working indies in Mexico earlier this year as Sasaki.
Ryusuke Taguchi won the BOSJ, defeating Low Ki in the finals. Of note to CMLL, Prince Devitt lost to Low Ki in the semifinal. Devitt ended the match with a knee injury, which played into the storyline of the match and the night, but is said to be a legitimate injury. No one tell CMLL, they might be tempted to run a tournament for Devitt’s title.

Luchaworld has Hector Garza listed as 5″1′ and 209 lbs. That’s obvioulsy a mistake. Whoever wrote that needs to take a better look at Garza to see just how big the guy is.
@Daniel: LOL! I see what you did there.
Daniel, how big would you say Hector Garza is?
@Jimmy K: In his 2010 match with Ultimo Guerero Hector was announced as being 112 KG which is 246.4 lbs. He has maintained pretty much the same mass since then.
As far as his height goes I’m sure the writter meant to say he was 5’11” and not 5’1″. 5’11” or 6′ looks about right for his height.
@Daniel: He cut weight in time for the list.
@Alfredo: Why, just because he likes seeing his weight listed as 209? Does 209 look better than 246.4?
I personally called Garza today and he confirmed he is in fact 209. If you have any problem with that I’d be glad to share his contact info and you can take the issue up with Garza himself. E-mail me at youreacreppydude@wtfiswrongwithyou.com
@Rob: That’s quite a clever email address Rob. Did you think of that yourself?
