Chessman pinned Daga, but each celebrated each other post match.

Today’s the big 12 man cage match in Puebla. Porra Fresa recaps how we got there, and puts forth Espiritu Maligno, Arissma, Stigma (since he’s feuding with a lot of people), Skandalo and Super Comando as possible losers. Super Comando is actually an interesting idea; he’s talented, but rarely used past the first match due to his size…but Loco Max isn’t a big guy either, and used a bit more. Comando being unmasked and then sharing the role of the rudo who loses his hair every year wouldn’t be a bad use for him.

Still, it seems more likely it’ll be one of the Puebla guys losing in their hometown – this is the only place they can get that match, and they usually take the fall here. It’s how Mr. Rafaga more or less ended his career back in 2009, the last cage match here. On the other side, the winner seems likely to be one of Stigma, Skandalo, Dragon Lee and Lestat; they’ve been the four guys most often involved in the finishes.

There’s also a trios title match in the semimain. Atlantida faces the Invasors again, and we’d expect the usual result.

Sangre Azteca explains the choice to return to the rudo side was all his own. He feels the fan accepted him as a tecnico, but he was missing that spark he had as a rudo and now will be a much better Sangre Azteca. Sangre’s leaving open the possibility of forming a new Poder Mexico but not sure if it’s going to happen so doesn’t want to talk it up. Azteca leaves for his annual trip to France on June 30th, and hopes to facilitate some of the French wrestlers coming to CMLL someday.

Cibernetico & La Parka fulfilled one of the wishes of a dying child by meeting him.

The entire Lucha POP show appears online: the main event and the opener.

Lucha Monterrey has interviews Lady Maravilla and Rico Rodriguez talking about their upcoming matches.

Rob has highlights of 05/11/12 CMLL.
