CMLL (SUN) 05/20/2012 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [El Occidental]
5) Exterminador, Felino, Mr. Niebla b León Blanco, Rush, Valiente
Niebla attacked Rush before the bell, then won two straight. The last was Niebla sneaking a foul on Rush. Rush demanded a singles match next week.

Psicosis (CMLL) says he plans to prove Tuesday that he’s everything he said he was coming into the CMLL, and not a “burnt cartridge” like other versions of the character. Psicosis feels like the CMLL World Welterweight title would be his biggest win ever. Psicosis notes he’s been getting a lot of fan approval at recent shows (because only the rudo fans are left.) For his part, Mascara Dorada says he has slight back and heel injuries, but nothing that would excuse him from a loss.

Following beating Sombra twice in two weeks, Dragon Rojo is expecting to be invited to NJPW to defend his belt there. I dunno about that one. Dragon Rojo also says his injury is behind him, but that leg is still taped. Dragon Rojo suggests he and Sombra should have a mask match, and he and Ultimo and Niebla Roja should take the trios titles from Atlantis’ group (though he refuses to mention Atlantis’ name.)

Juvi says Teddy Hart almost made him give up, but Teddy and Jack ignored him long enough to let him recover and his Final Justice move is lethal. Juvi’s goal was to make sure the title stayed with AAA and he’s glad he accomplished it.

Lucha Layer Cake reviews 02/28/11 AAA.

Santo & Demon were said to have drawn 3,000 in Chicago.
