Mutlifacetico wins again, Gen11/Tapatios

1) Keshin Black b Alan Extreme
Straight falls.
2) Cinthia Moreno & Ludark Shaitan b Jennifer Blake & Sexy Lady
3) Centurión, Dinamic Black, Golden Magic b Avisman, El Pollo Asesino, Imposible
4) Multifacético b Oficial 911 [WWS WELTER]
911 took fall one, Multifacetico rallied back to win the last two falls to keep the title. Pollo Asesino tried helping 911 during the match, but failed. Centurion was Multifacetico’s second.
5) Argos, Máscara Año 2000 Jr., Pantera b Oficial AK47, Oficial Fierro, Silver Kain
Mascara jumped Silver, causing him to bleed and causing the other tecnicos to attack the other rudos. Silver still took advantage of a misstep to submit Mascara in the first fall. Silver just wouldn’t let go, and so ended up losing the first fall by DQ. Mascara rolled Silver up to win the second fall, and then challenged fro a title match.

Pollo appears to have been Egyptian this night. I like to imagine there’s walk in closet somewhere in Arena Naucalpan, full of discarded and never used gimmicks, and Pollo’s just stealing something from the closet every week.

3) Ray b Silueta (9:30)
4) Manami Toyota [O] & Hailey Hatred b Senri Kuroki [X] & Zeuxis (17:01)

CMLL.com did post the results when both women lost, so I retract my previous sarcasm.

Lineup

CMLL (SUN) 07/03/2011 Arena Coliseo
1) Bengala & Trueno vs Artillero & Súper Comando
2) Enrique Vera Jr., Guerrero Maya Jr., Hombre Bala vs Apocalipsis, Hooligan, Rayo Tapatío I
3) Fuego, Pegasso, Sensei vs Euforia, Skándalo, Yoshihashi
4) Blue Panther, Hijo del Fantasma, Sagrado vs Dragón Rojo Jr., Naito, Volador Jr.
5) La Máscara, La Sombra, Máscara Dorada vs Atlantis, Averno, Último Guerrero

Cesar had this lineup yesterday. The Gen11 vs Tapatio feud is back! I will take this, even if it means Apocalispis.

As mentioned previously, I’m under the impression Averno is due in WWE the first week of July. There’s a bit of wiggle room, since the first half of the first week is wiped up due to Indepedence day weekend, but one of these shows is the last show he’s going to work here. CMLL’s been busy doing Averno/La Mascara matches everywhere they can (including lifting the ban on Arena Aficion) at a much higher rate of speed; I’m sure they have an end date in mind too.

  1. @Ringo: That bit where Mascara Sagrada Jr. lost his mask as “Mascara Jr.”, which Brazo de Oro felt was ripping off his son’s name. La Mascara seemed more calm about it, but CMLL ran their scheduled show the next Tuesday (end of November ’10) and then had not been back until now.

  2. Another winning outfit for Pollo. I wonder if the guy is spending every dime he’s ever had on these outfits.

  3. According to spoilers, Jack Evans is backstage at the Impact tapings. He will be used at the Destination X PPV alongside Homicide, Low Ki, Matt Bentley and Jimmy Wang Yang.

He fits perfectly in TNA since he is a native English speaker. I don’t think they will mention his relation with AAA. Too bad they didn’t bring Extreme Tiger or someone else from AAA.

  4. ImPOLLOsible

    Polloficial

    Pollo Extremo

    Pollo Moreno

    aPOLLO Dantes

    The possiblities are endless.
