IWL says Scorpio Sky is off Friday’s show, because his passport got stolen. Heddi Karaoui swaps places with Sky in the tournament (Sky faces Villano III instead), and it probably means no different for the attendance.
Diario de Xalapa has an interview with retired local wrestler Gorilla Infernal, who does one of those creative retelling of his career. In his memory of events, he won 26 masks, including defeating Blue Panther in two straight falls, except Panther refused to unmasked and just did not return to Xalapa for a couple years. (On the wiki, we have Panther as unmasking Gorilla Infernal.)

You know the best part of this is I’ve now been asked to translate what was said into Spanish and I don’t even understand what was trying to be said in English. (though I could be missing the context since I just got a copy/paste version since I’m banned from the board)

I am amazed at the ability to draw comparisons between FIP/King of the Hill/Bruno Sammartino/southern tag team wrestling/hockey powerplay to an undercard IWRG trios match and yet not be able to get the Bix DVD’s to Canada. Maybe there should be a term for that.
You aren’t banned from the IWRG board, also I imagine whoever wants a translation into Spanish should just ask Tom, it is his writing and he speaks Spanish.
I’d love to see that nonsense translated to English, then to Spanish, then read to the participants in the match. The bewildered looks on their faces would be just incredible. And while Tom gets started on that, I’m gonna spend my time watching all the new IWRG. Time well spent!

@kidzombie: Didn’t Scorpio Sky retire from wrestling earlier this year or am I confusing him with a different PWG guy? They all seem to retire at least one time per year.
@Rob: Scott Lost retired recently or he’s planning on doing so soon. I could have sworn Human Tornado retired right after his WrestleReunion match against Super Crazy and I think he might be back wrestling. Not sure on that though.
