Projected air date: 08/13, 08/20, 08/27 – 9 matches equals 3 shows.

Dr. Lucha had attendance at 2,000

Lizmark & Brewer join Charly Malice & Marco Corleone in moving on to the semifinals. It’s probably Marco/Brewer and Malice/Lizmark, but the way Brewer’s been pushed, they could rearrange to have him in the final.

How did Solid get in the tournament? Way to lose both tournament matches, Mascara Purpura.

Tag team tournament so far is Lizmark/Sydistiko (problematic!), Oriental & Tinieblas, PR Powers, and a fourth TBD.

We jumped the gun on Mentallo! He’s here now. Tornado Azteca seems to be debuting, and the unknown guy in the early trios is described as a big guy in a purple mask. Maybe Saber Claw got a new mask?

Main event was Boricuas vs Mexicanos. Third guy was Oriental.

  1. These tapings sound fun. RJ vs. Dorada should be great. Too bad Dorada will not be seen for two weeks after this week.

2000 don’t sound that bad. They can work with that on tv.

  2. 2000 is good for a show that’s been on about a month sources say the crowd electric and engaged in the matchs

  3. 2,000 is good in a smaller building and knowing how many paid for tickets. Thomas and Mack Center seats about 18,000 people.

  4. @Alfredo: yep for now LLUSA might want to avoid renting those huge venues the ticket were 60 dollers tna roh are any other indy promotion with a crowd like that would have called 2000 people a sold out show like @TNADixie have been tweeting about tna house shows lately

  5. @Alfredo: Well they could have the arena cut off to allow for a smaller feel. I know that happens with several events so why not LLUSA.

  6. @Mike: You can cut the arena off to make it look small, but you’re still paying for the whole building.

  7. It was probably cheaper to rent this building or the only building available at short notice. I don’t think they want to tape at smaller venues because of production but I could be wrong. The Massachusett taping must of turn them off. They probably seen how TNA come off on television taping in a smaller building.

  8. @Lakers fan: It was not short notice. There are plenty of buildings in Las Vegas (and the United States of America.)

Looking bad is bad, that’s why we call it looking bad, but renting on arena and filling a small percentage is going to get you bankrupt.

  9. @thecubsfan: LLUSA is own my very wealthy corpration their airing ads on raw and smackdown with started yesterday get ready for this mtv trying to book the great western forum in LA and and other massive arena’s in the country and the one in mexico city

  10. @thecubsfan: I fairly certain that LLUSA is conning people into buying shows from them, or getting venues to let them in for free, and split the gate.
