Mari Apache, Mascarita Divina, Relampago, Yuriko vs Decnnis, Mini Histeria, Polvo de Estrellas, Rain: I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again: Mari Apache is the scariest wrestler in this promotion. (The top rope drop actually looks less painful from this angle than other ones they used.) She’s either great or she’s occasionally killing people. I don’t know what it is, but I have a feeling we’re about six months away from a Rain shoot interview where she expresses high levels of unhappiness with her stint here.
Alan Stone, Chris Stone, El Elegido vs Cuervo, Escoria, Ozz: THE BEST ELEGIDO MATCH EVER. It wasn’t much of an Elegido match and he was the lesser guy in it, but the Stones decided to get in about two years of action in one six minute match and La Secta were game. No one seems to know why AAA brought Chris Stone back on TV to do a Chris Stone rudo turn and a Chris vs Alan feud – these are things AAA usually seems indifferent towards, if not openly hostile against – but if it gets me more matches like this, I hope it lasts a long time.
Jack Evans, Joe Lider, Nicho el Millionario vs Alex Koslov, Chessman, Kenzo Suzuki: an angle disguised as a match. I don’t recall the beatdown at all affecting any of the tecnicos for TripleMania, but that’s how they do it.
Electroshock & Silver King vs Dr. Wagner Jr. & La Parka: short with an abrupt end.
Cibernético, Heavy Metal, Octagón vs Hernandez, LA Park, Zorro: another match with a long beatdown, and not much after it. Tecnicos looked pretty dumb, having no reason to not break up the pin and failing to make an effort. For a guy on loan from TNA, Hernandez sure is getting every win possible. Even as slow as AAA does things, he’s probably closer to being at the top of this promotion than his “main” one.
Mari is brutal. She’s taking advantage since Rain needs to work. Fucked up.
Or she’s working stiff with foreign women who get brought in b/c they’re doing the boys and are getting paid more than she is.
(I know she also brutalizes Sexy Star but everyone does b/c everyone hates her.)
What’s her excuse for almost killing Billy Boy multiple times? She wants her sister’s man?
Why doesn’t everyone like Sexy Star?I’ve seen Fabi and Mari working stiff with her and i thought it was just that,but now that you mention that no one likes sexy then i see why.
