Super Porky hurt, Psicosis/Sombra, Groon, lineups

CMLL (SUN) 05/09 Arena Coliseo [@cmllmagazine]
1) Camaleón & MetálicoApocalipsis & Cholo
2) Dalys la Caribeña, Lady Apache, Luna MágicaAmapola, Princesa Sujei, Seuxis
3) Dr. X, Hooligan, Nosferatu DQ Ángel de Oro, Ángel de Plata, Fabián el Gitano
4) Dragón Rojo Jr., Misterioso II, Sangre AztecaFuego, Metro, Stuka Jr.
5) El Alebrije, Histeria, PsicosisBrazo de Plata, Héctor Garza, La Sombra

Big news from the show was Porky suffering a dislocated jaw during the match. The paramedics were able to get everything aligned correctly (and tend to some cuts), but he’ll be out of action for a week and not able to open his mouth wide for six weeks. Not sure how it happened, but I’m sure we’ll see it next week.

In the match, Psicosis pulled Sombra’s mask to pin it. The two challenged to a singles matches nxt week.

Maybe Dragon Rojo can try for the Arena Coliseo tag team titles?

DQ in the tercera gave the rudos a straight fall win, and predictable was the tecnico angrily gaining revenge on the rudo. Surprisingly, it was Angel de Plata & Hooligan. (Fabian and Dr. X still feuded.) Unsurprisingly, they challenged each other to a mask match at undefined date. They really need to start having some forward momentum on this bit.

Perros del Mal say Groon XXX underwent knee surgery on Monday, and will do a radio interview about his future on 05/13. They’re trying to tone done the talk of retirement.

Estrellas del Ring talks to Histeria & Psicosis about their recent invasion.

SuperLuchas says TNA’s Beer Money will challenge Morishima and Ishimori for the AAA Tag Titles at TripleMania. AAA also says La Hermandad will be in the match. Don’t really need to pay attention to the AAA TripleMania press conference if they’re leaking all the matches ahead of time (but it’s not for me.)

Mima Shimora talks to Record about her recent magazine pictorials.

DJ Spectro looks back at TripleMania II‘s matches.

Cesar evaluates this week’s lineups.

Segunda Caida looks at IWRG 10/18/09

Cronicas Y Leyendas looks at the brothers Dos Caras & Mil Mascaras, and a good career history for Supremo I.

LuchaWorld has KrisZ’s news update from Saturday and Sunday, as well as Fredo on the first Perros del Mal show.

Luchas2000 #520 has the new trios champions and the last week of the Perros. I mean, the previous week.

SuperLuchas #363 has Dos Caras Jr. in Mexico and the new trios champs.

IWRG (THU) 05/13 Arena Naucalpan
1) Guizmo vs Comando Negro
2) Black Terror Jr. & Dinamic Black vs Eterno & Hijo del Signo
3) Black Terry, Cerebro Negro, Dr. Cerebro vs Avisman, El Hijo del Diablo, Gringo Loco
4) Oficial 911, Oficial AK47, Oficial Fierro vs Aerostar, Gato Eveready, Laredo Kid
5) Máscara Año 2000 & Máscara Año 2000 Jr. vs Electroshock & Silver King

Real Fuerza Aerea AAA! Can they please for sanctuary or asylum or straight up defect? Maybe Pegasso and Rey Cometa can come by and stage some sort of intervention. Yes, Super Fly will be left behind enemy lines, but he’s gone Sayid-on-Lost, over to the darkside.

Black Terror Jr.? That matches a Queretaro wrestler from 2007, if it’s right.

CMLL (SUN) 05/16 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara
1) Meteoro vs Johnny Dinamo
2) El Divino & Leo vs Ángel del Mal & In Memoria
3) Mr. Trueno vs Ebola [tournament, OCCIDENTE LH]
4) Gallo vs Drago [tournament, OCCIDENTE LH]
5) Metal Blanco & Palacio Negro vs Mephisto & Vangelis
6) Hijo del Fantasma, Místico, Strong Man vs Felino, Negro Casas, Terrible

Tournament brackets remain elusive. Mephisto & Vangelis vs two locals is interesting.

IWRG (SUN) 05/16 Arena Naucalpan
1) Imperial vs Comando Negro
2) Dinamic Black & Hijo del Pantera vs Alan Extreme & Eterno
3) Jack vs Bombero Infernal
4) Avisman, El Hijo del Diablo, Gringo Loco vs Oficial 911, Oficial AK47, Oficial Fierro [EdM Trios]
5) Dr. Cerebro, Máscara Año 2000 Jr., Pantera, Suicida, Veneno vs Extreme Tiger, Kenzo Suzuki, Pimpinela Escarlata, Último Gladiador [Copa Higher Power]

And I thought that 30 man indy battle royal with IWRG guys and Puebla guys and AULL guys and Guerrero Maya Jr. was going to be the weirdest match of the year. 2010 is full of surprises (including a 5v4 match, at the moment.)

Oficials skipped out on the tournament, may win the titles in the first defense? Maybe not so much.
