Perros del Mal upcoming schedule

Perros del Mal announced much of their schedule for the next two months

04/18: Parque de Beisbol, Pideras Negras, Coahuila
04/19: Nuevo Laredo, Tamulipas
04/20: Arena Queretaro
04/27: Arena Aficion
04/28: Auditorio Miguel Barragan, SLP
the canceled 04/30 show in Mexicali would’ve taken place here
05/01: Plaza de Toros La Monumental, Tijuana
05/02: La Sala de Armas de la Magdalena, Mixhuca, Mexico City
05/05: Celaya, Guanajuato
05/30: Minatitlan, Veracruz

Looks like we already have the 04/18, 04/28, and 05/01 (cage match with mask/hair, plus Charly/X-Fly for hair) lineups written up, and the 05/05 is a rechedulding of an earlier show. Of the others, the 05/02 one is the biggie. Perros del Mal has a long list of guys working this show, and the names not usually seen are Marco Corleone, Latin Lover (unless “Latin” means someone else; they’re trying to skirt the name issue), Sabu, and Tommy Dreamer. Also, there will be matches for the NWA titles and hardcore matches; hopefully at the same time! This will be a Kid’s Day show as well, delayed a couple of days, so tickets will be cheap. This also the show being taped for the US.

Getting back to the list of talent, Perros del Mal also says Marco Corleone has joined. So not so much going back to AAA, and not so much using AAA wrestlers on the MTV show. Sorry for getting that wrong.

(Hilariously, Record interviews Perro Aguayo about Marco’s signing, and Perro is evasive about the foreign wrestlers being brought in. Talk to your website, Perro.)

  1. Tommy Dreamer? I’m sure AAA is Jealous they didn’t get him first. I wonder if Sabu no shows the Wagner match now that he’s going to PERROS?

  2. @Rob from 1997: Really? I wouldn’t have figured that as your cup o’ tea.

I always liked Dreamer – thought he was the perfect babyface for ECW. Been a nice guy every time I’ve met him too. I’d love to have a match with that guy…

  3. @Nikita: Dreamer is one of my favorites from ECW. One day I know he’ll be a bigger star than Bret Hart as soon as ECW gets pay-per-view clearence.

Gotta go watch my tape of Thunder.
