Shocker took fall one, Bucanero took fall two. Shocker tried the reinera in fall three, Bucanero escaped and fouled behind the referee’s back, the crowd protested the foul and the referee was undecided, and Shocker took advantage of the discussion to cradle Bucanero for the win. Hair match challenges continue.
Averno replaced Niebla. Crowd still behind Felino, though he lost.
Amapola won clean via backcracker in the best match of the night. They’re calling this defense 14.

Mistico refused to help his teammates, but ended up pinned in the third after Atlantis stole his mask. (Somehow, this makes Mistico “100% tecnico”. His partners did not agree.) They made challenges for a singles match next week. @cmllmagazine indicated that match will happen next Sunday, but CMLL has not posted an updated lineup. Neither man is currently scheduled for next Sunday.
Skandalo replaced Mendoza.
DQ in the tercera was for excessive violence by Nosferatu. Molotov and Nosferatu are suddenly in a mask feud. Nosferatu has seemed on the outs since Virus & Euforia formed the Cancerberos and specifically left him out, but CMLL’s never done anything with Molotov.
Ovaciones says Guerrero Maya recently filmed a commercial at Arena Naucalpan. Mortiz gave Horus a Spanish Fly to the floor.

The lucha columnist in El Siglo de Torreon complains Piloto Negro didn’t actually get his hair cut when he lost his hair back on 03/18 to Difunto II. He wrestled this past Thursday with most of his hair still on his head.
Blue Demon Jr. & El Hijo del Santo did an Q & A before their match on Sunday, though nothing they haven’t done before.
In Cordoba, Veracruz, Rey Tiger took Azteca de Oro‘s mask.

Jose and I used to constantly joke about one day there’d be a card only using Cirio family members. This was probably as close as we’ll ever see.

@MPJ-DK: On the bright side, my prediction of Atlantis vs. Mistico mask match as a possible Anniversary main event just got stronger! Still a long way away from happening, but its out there now.

Yes, it would be the biggest mask stip match in years. I’m guessing Texano and Terrible lose their hair. Maybe Shocker will lose his hair.
