04/20 Perros del Mal Lineup (Queretaro)

PdM (TUE) 04/20 Arena Queretaro
1) Estrellita vs Medussa
2) C. Manson vs X-Fly
3) El Hijo Del Santo, Hijo de LA Park, Hijo del Lizmark vs Damián 666, el Hijo del Perro Aguayo, Halloween

Three more matched to be added.

Perros del Mal has the least interesting cards. This will be the fourth Charly/X-Fly match on Perros del Mal, and they’ve already announced two more for TV. And every main event is a variant of that main event.

I put together a TV chart for this group, but I still can’t figure out where they’re getting matches for the 04/12 & 04/19 shows.

Santo, GDL, MTY, Mexico, Parka vs Park

Gutierrez (MON) 03/22 Cancha de Fut-Rap [El Manana]
4) C. Manson, Groon XXX, Hijo del Lizmark, Zumbido b Histeria II, Mr. Águila, Oriental, X-Fly
5) El Hijo Del Santo, Hijo de LA Park, LA Park DQ Blue Demon Jr., Hijo del Dr. Wagner Jr., Rayo de Jalisco Jr.

Tecnicos won by foul on Santo. Article says this show drew 7,000.

CMLL (TUE) 03/23 Arena Coliseo Guadalajara [Fuego en el Ring]
1) Cerveruz b El Divino
2) Acertijo & Quca b Nube Roja & Virgo
3) Hierro & Palacio Negro b Mr. Trueno & Rey Trueno
4) Diamante & Metal Blanco b Cancerbero & Raziel
5) Brazo de Oro, Máximo, Shocker b Asesino Negro, Ephesto, Mr. Niebla

Oro got the clean pin on Negro to set up next week’s hair match.

AAA (SUN) 03/21 Arena Coliseo Monterrey [RFC]
1) Mascarita Sagrada 2007 & Octagoncito b Mini Histeria & Mini Sobredosis
2) Black Mamba, Pit Bull, Sobredosis b Angel Dorado Jr., El Brazo, Sky
3) Rey Sagitario b Pimpinela Escarlata [super libre]
4) Hombre Sin Miedo, Laredo Kid, Máscara Púrpura b Escoria, Jesse, Rey Infernal
5) Cibernético, Monster Clown, Murder Clown, Psycho Clown b Alex Koslov, Espíritu, Konnan, Zorro

Jesse and Escoria tried to help the rudos in the main event, failed. The upside is Konnan might actually know Jesse exists now.

CMLL (TUE) 03/23 Arena Mexico [ESTO]
1) Rayo Tapatío I & Rayo Tapatío II b Cholo & Disturbio
2) Bronco, Durango Kid, Súper Comando b Fabián el Gitano, Leono, Starman
3) Loco Max, Skándalo, Virus b Ángel Azteca, Delta, Fuego
4) Averno, Mephisto, Shigeo Okumura b Hijo del Fantasma, La Máscara, Rush
5) Atlantis, Rey Bucanero, Vangelis b Blue Panther, Máscara Dorada, Místico

Mistico wrestled as a tecnico in the first fall, so his team won but the rudos were ticked at him. Mistico refused to help his partners in fall two, so the rudos won and the tecnicos were ticked at him. Misitco tried to help Panther in the third fall, but one hit the other and Atlantis picked up the winning pin.

Today’s Ovaciones pushes the idea that now that Dos Leyendas is over, CMLL needs to push new stars. (Wasn’t that why Sombra’s won? Not that it worked out that way, as kcidis notes.) Their picks for new stars: IWRG’s La Rocca & La Seductora. You could not be more random.

Dorian Roldan says LA Park vs La Parka Jr. will happen at TripleMania, but they’re not sure of what will be on the line. He mentions name vs name and no DQ, but not mask vs mask.

After taking Felino’s mask, Sombra‘s goals are to take Mistico & Dragon Rojo Jr.’s masks. That would be a fun team, Mistico should totally hang out with Poder Mexica.

At Monday’s Arena Puebla show, fans were prohibited from bringing food or drink into the building, or yelling vulgar language. That seems a harsh penalty for lucha libre fans. Over on Box Y Lucha, there’s a reposted newspaper column with the rudo fans complaining about being prohibited from throwing anything.

AAA wonders who will challenge Electroshock at TripleMania, which means we’re not supposed to think of Chessman/Electro as locked in.

Estrellas del Ring interviews Chilean luchadora Alison Evans.

Black Terry Jr. has photos from the Monterrey Lucha Libre Fesival.

LuchaVaVoom has shows in LA, New York and San Fransisco in May, and is back in Chicago on June 16th. That article says there are 7pm and 10pm shows, and I’m thinking you want to go to the late show.
