- If you care enough about lucha libre to fill out a ballot and send it to me, I am perfectly fine with you doing so. There is no eligibility exam or entrance requirement; if you care enough to vote, that’s good enough. I like the idea of as many people voting as possible.
do we put are names in the ballot? also do we add comments on it?
You can put your name on the top of the ballot, and the comments on the bottom.
