2010 AAA TV Lineup
Projected Air Date (#927)
In the opener, Laredo pinned Billy for the win. After the match, Guapito’s new bodyguard Hilary laid out Super Fly.
In between matches, Joaquin Roldan came out to complain about Konnan inviting Dorian to party with the Legion. Joaquin brought out Cibernetico to challenge Konnan for a lumberjack match for Rey de Reyes. (Hooray, a dozen people to work the match instead of them!) Konnan accepted, then went to fight Cibernetico right now (?) and got beat until Koslov, Chessman, and Zorro ran out and beat up Cibernetico. Parka made the save, but way late and Cibernetico was stretchered out.
Mini Abismo beat Octagoncito, Joe Lider beat Jack Evans.
Wagner finished Pimpi with the Wagner Driver, but Electroshock stole the pin. I have a hard to blaming Electro Shock for that – the only way Wagner can not pin himself is if he lets go and goes to celebrate, and then Electroshock is just being smart. Anyway, they’re broken up now.
Latin and Mesias got along again. Latin pinned Chessman with a casita for a win, with Piero running into replace Hijo de Tirantes (which they seem to have done on TV a lot lately.) After the match, Zorro caned Latin, Mesias made the save, Koslov ran in to attack Mesias, and Mesias made his own save. The power of Konnan was enough to turn the tide for the Legion, but Cibernetico ran in and cleared the ring himself. Mesias, perhaps remembering that Cibernetico turned on him not that long ago, refused to shake Cibernetico’s hand after the match. (Latin had no issue.)
Next taping is next Saturday. There’s two tapings left to Rey de Reyes and, at least in the ring, no hint of an actual Rey de Reyes tournament.
