2009 AAA TV Chart
Projected Air Date (#898)
Mexico: 07/26
US: 08/15

Order of entry in the main event: Mesias, Silver King, Chessman, Zorro, Charly, Kenzo, Octagon, Parka, Electro, and Cibernetico. Order of elimination went Zorro, Charly (by Chessman), Kenzo (missing a kick on Octagon), La Parka (by Cibernetico), Silver King (Cibernetico), Electroshock, Octagon, and Mesias threw out both Cibernetico & Chessman to win. First in, last man standing. You know, kids, if you ever love someone the way AAA loves Mesias, go ahead and marry them. Wagner showed up after the match so he and Mesias could do variations of the same promos they’ve done since March.

Zombie got pinned in the semimain, but was not the captain. Killer fouled Marco for the win. The Clowns are barely hanging on to continue their win streak each time.

Not really clear if the three way tag got switched to a tag match, or even really who won the match. AAA recap says the rudos won, and also mentions Alex is a rudo, but Rocky is not. Based on how things have been going, Sugi probably pinned Tiger, but that’s never a sure thing. The story of the match was not the fast paced action, but Tirantes being an evil rudo referee (17 years running!) Joaquin Roldan fired him after the match.

digression: el Blazer’s listed name by taping:

07/12: “Suguy”
07/17: “Suguy San”
07/19: “Sugi San”

if he sticks around for a year, he might end up being “Fred”

Gronda & Elegido beat La Hermandad, which we can only hope means a ***** tag team title match at Verano de Escandalo.

Next taping is (maybe) the Lucha Libre Expo. Hopefully we’ll get an updated card. Don’t think Vampiro’s working the show.

  1. So Mesias is the #1 Contender! Hopefully this is the last meeting between Wagner and the Ciber look-a-like!

  2. Hey do you still post the episodes for download because you used to and this was the only place i could see them. If so where on your page?

  3. @Stephen: I stopped doing them because it was an extra step and I wasn’t sure anyone was using them and I don’t like dealing with megaupload. They’re still on DailyMotion and they’re going up on prowrestlingtorrents pretty regularly.

If there was/is a good non-locked down place to post a torrent for the show, I’d do that but that’s about it.

  4. I just finished watching this show. Apparently Galavsion aired AAA an hour early today; I turned it on at 3:30 to Elegido & Gronda II vs. Hermandad and assumed it was the first match but thought it was weird when the show ended at 5:00pm.
