Arena Puebla shows to resume Monday

Figured they would, with everyone else starting, but CMLL didn’t officially mention it yesterday. Here’s the lineup:

CMLL (MON) 05/11 Arena Puebla [peridocio digital]
1) Black Tiger & King Jaguar vs Karisma & Mr. Rafaga
2) Electrico, Mascarita Dorada, Pequeño Olímpico vs Pequeño Damian 666, Pequeño Violencia, Pequeño Warrior
3) Flash, Pegasso, Stuka Jr. vs Shigeo Okumura, Vangelis, Virus
4) Hijo del Fantasma, Maximo, Valiente vs Black Warrior, Dragon Rojo Jr., Sangre Azteca
5) La Sombra, Mistico, Volador Jr. vs Atlantis, Rey Bucanero, Ultimo Guerrero

Minis are getting a lot of work. Vangelis continues to exist, a disappiontment for all. Fun fact: Okumura is supposed to be part of Pesta Negra (who knew?), so I think we’re down to just Lizmark Jr. and Vangelis as unaffilated rudos. Think about those two as a team.

  1. WOOOOOOOOOOO! Awesome looking show, can’t wait to see it on TV. Mascarita Dorada finally makes Puebla TV! (that I’ll see hopefully!)

Am I the only one that feels like the rudo side of the mini’s division has weakened big time? It’s always some combo of Pequeno Damian/Pierrothito/Pequeno Violencia/Peuqeno Warrior now with Pequeno Universo (who blows) tossed in once in a while. They really need to steal Mini Abismo already.

In other news I hope everyone passes over – I actually enjoy Vangelis. I have no problem with him being in CMLL, I just dislike the fact he sneaks into semi-main events at times b/c that really makes no sense at all. Remember he worked a random Dragon Gate tour once? Same tour with Pentagon Black as King Shisa and Turbo was also around. What is Vangelis’ deal? Is he rich and buys his way into certain spots?

    Will Bengala ever debut?
