  1. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

    1. Tzuki showed.
    2. Tzuki escaped.

Cesar mentions in his report that even an unmasked Shockercito looks like a replica of Shocker. That’s gotta be awesome. I remember when I first started watching Lucha and saw Jerrito Estrada. I thought for sure he and Jerry Estrada were brothers just b/c they looked so much alike.

This honestly sounds like the show of the year for CMLL as in nothing will top it, not as in hahahaha the year is 11 days old.

    Cesar also mentions:

    – Dorada/Shockercito did dual dives off the top of the cage.
    – Lots of guys escaped too early and had to get back inside.
    – Dorada did a MOONSAULT OFF THE TOP OF THE CAGE!
    – Dorada did something I can’t understand but it was spectacular and that’s how he avoided being caught before leaving.

  2. @Tim: based on where everthing was airing, this would air next weekend – but on 52MX.

There’s always the chance they could move it to CMLL on Fox Sports (still on in Mexico), which has a better shot at turning up. Or, because CMLL’s main show hyped it, maybe it could air there. But this would be a gift to see.

  3. Excellent outcome!

All the important masks remain, Shockercito’s mask loss won’t hurt him one bit, and he at least gets a main event for it.

It was a cool mask, but the fact he actually resembles his full size luchador ensures he can easily continue with the gimmick and the mask loss won’t be a handicap… although his constant urge to headbutt wooden floors from great heights might be. :0

Look for a dyed blonde Shockercito tonight in Puebla. :)

  4. @Henrik: Speaking of Puebla… last week’s show excluded the MAIN EVENT. What a wacky show.:) Normally I’d complain b/c Sombra/Volador Jr. are involved but after a night of flying I’m sure they were toned down and mailed it in.
