In the third fall, Pantera interfered to help Multifacetico and got ejected. Veneno got involved, got ejected, came back, fouled Multifacetico, and Multifacetico still won. Multifacetico, the heavily pushed tecnico, is being turned on by the fans (for being too much of a heavily pushed tecnico.) Black Terry fractured his ribs, or Multifacetico did it for him.
Nicho no-showed. SHOCKING. Rudos got DQed in the semimain for excessive violence in the third fall.
Sounds like the fans were ticked about the finish to the Friday Arena Mexico main event. Not much of a surprise. SuperLuchas has that situation and Black Terry’s hair loss.
Accion’s CMLL highlights were of the title match, of course. Very tough to follow in the (sped up?) clips they were showing. Tiger Hispano did take a big bump on Garza’s dropkick. No sign of things being throw in the ring. AAA was the Legion vs Sect trios match from Toluca, though I don’t know I saw Ozz or Scoria in the clips at any point. Mesias worked as a tecnico, beat up Zorro, and then got attacked by Cibernetico.

– Dr. Wagner does not think he should have to work a tryout match for WWE, expects to be treated as a top star. This isn’t happening.
– Super Crazy sounds far more rational talking about the situation. He’s going to Mexico for the DTU show, partly to support his cousin (Crazy Boy) and partly to pick up a highlight video of Mike Segura to show to WWE. Super Crazy says he’d only recommend people who are not only good wrestlers, but good people and he thinks Suicida fits.
– Axxel talks about his first Arena Mexico show.
– Americo Roca talks about his career. He’s working small shows in Guadalajara now.
– DTU wrestlers hype the show.
Multifacetico whent for a tope en reversa from the ropes which Terry was supposed to counter with a lung blower (it’s been done before in IWRG) but Terry was out of position and Multifacetico just fell on him as it was a senton, so I blame Terry for blowing the spot since I doubt there was much to do for the other guy.
Apparently, Nicho is back with AAA (oh no!) and actually never signed with IWRG, the deal fell through at the last moment, so tecnically, there was no no-show…
i have to agree with Dr. Wagner here, he’s better than about 90% of the wrestlers in WWE.
He may actually be (I dunno), but if WWE needs to see him in a tryout or tape, they probably don’t believe the same thing.
My guess is that the “I’m jumping to AAA” threat has ran its course and now Wagner is using WWE for the same purposes, SUPERLuchas says it’s almost done, but I don’t really see it happening unless it’s part of the expansion into Mexico they were talking about a while ago.
