I was let down a little by the NOAH match. I really wanted to see more of Chessman vs Morishima and they even teased that, then didn’t do much with it besides the clotheslines bits. The match was okay, maybe good, but it could’ve used less Kenzo and a non dumb finish. Why do they always wait till the last minute to do the turn they’ve planned all along?
in completely random compliments: Jesse has some promise. He’s a few years away from meaning anything but this is a perfect role for him to get some experience.
Hijo del Tirantes is easily the most annoying ref now in AAA. He really bothered me during that Noah match and the bull terrier match with Abismo vs Niebla. Oddly enough, it seems like Piero and Copetes have been calling it down the middle a lot recently.
hijo de tirantes insisance on being always a part of the match is usually annoying, but i thought it worked great in this weekend’s chain match-mostly because i didn’t see it escalating.
