CMLL CAN52 GdR #109

CMLL CAN52 GdR #110, taped 12/14 and 12/26/07, aired 12/22

The minis match was good, but not as good as I’d hope it’d be by now. There still seemed to be unfamiliarity and lack of chemistry between the ex-AAA guys on both sides working with the CMLL minis. Atomo seems like a work in progress, and the huge size difference between the two teams is occasionally too much to swallow. Despite that, this definitely had it’s moments and I’m glad we’ll be seeing more of the minis, because they’ll keep working together better.

  1. I’m disapointed you weren’t as into the mini’s match as I was but I expect you’ll enjoy the rematch more. The opening Tzuki exchange was just unreal. Atomo is definitely a major work in progress and I think he really needs to stick with Tzuki and learn how to work as a super tiny tecnico properly. He also needs to drop that excess weight which caused him to slip on his pose attempt and restricts the headscissor variations he can do. Didn’t notice any chemistry issues aside from Pequeno Black not being at 100%. He was having problems with everyone and still has yet to impress (through Pequeno Reyes Del Aire).
