08/31 – 09/03 Lucha Times

AAAUS: Alas de Oro – highfliers tournament said to be quite good. 86%-rematch of the TripleMania cage match, this time in a regular cage.

FSEUS: Women’s trios and Guerrerso vs Dos/Wagner/Volador

Also, there’s another 1 hour lucha doc on Monday: “Masks vs Hair”

CAN52: Seems like Nuevo Infernales + Loco vs segunda tecnicos and the Coliseo semimain

AAAMEX: second half of the 1st round of the Heavyweight Tournament

CMLLMEX: Top 3 + Coliseo Women’s match. I keep waiting for a “good week” to try paying for XEJTV, but that week isn’t coming.

FSEMEX: Purpura/Emilio + Coliseo main

  1. The thing with XEJTV is that Montereyans used it to watch soccer games (they’re PPV over there), so I guess XEJTV got greedy at some point… maybe during the off season they might set it free.

I thought Bihari said CMLL only has one hour this week, so this is not the right time to pay…

  2. Still scheduled for 1 hour so probably just Arena Mex top 2 and heavily edited to show the press conference, Momentos, fan of the week, lineups, etc.

Feels like 2004 all over again!

  3. The main show will probably just show the top 2 Arena mex matches. However, remember that last Fridays tercera (which would normally air on GdR) had Neutron in it, so we have little chance of that making air. What will probably happen is the womens Coliseo segunda, cut from the main show due to it only being a 1hr show, will show up on one of the b-shows at the expense of last Fridays segunda, to have the b-shows airing 2 coliseo matches each this week.

  4. New schedule (just fixed today?) has CMLL on for 2 hours so perhaps they will indeed air the Coliseo women and then top ?3? Arena Mex matches? Or they could go crazy like last week and show Coliseo + top 4…

Well I just read on the XEJ website that they are offering 30 days of TV for $5 U.S. Sounds pretty interesting to me with this being a big month of TV…

  6. I guess they found out that 5 dollar per day was too expensive to watch lousy Tigres and Rayados matches, bad soccer teams, no really a good draw…
