So should we start a pool predicting what bump Chessman takes during the cage match? I’ll go with… hmmm… let’s say… he’s fighting with someone while trying to get over the cage and gets thrown backwards through a table or two.
I hope that this is the last cage match that Chessman is in for the rest of the year. I’m suprised that he hasn’t suffered any major injuries yet. A crippled Chessman would make me a sad panda.
That would be sweet if Ricky Marvin and some more NOAH guys could make an appearance for Verano de Escandalo.
Rob and Bert: Chessman does take the high risk stuff but you can tell the guy’s a proffesional and he does things in a way where he doesn’t kill himself or his opponent in the name of being “hard-core” unlike those useless Mexican Powers and others like them.
But who cares about Chessman, Latin Lover is ont he card.
Professional or not, mistakes can happen and any spot involving props is risky.
RE:Rob you’re right it is always risky, but my point is that he’s not like a Mick Foley or Terry Funk where you know they take years off their carreers with every hard core match they do. In Chessman’s case as long as he doesn’t fall victim to a mis-hap he’ll maintain his in-ring longevity.
