unrelated: does Aero Star = Terry 2000?

  1. No. Terry 2000 was the flavor of the month but was pretty bad overall and not even much of a flyer as most of his stuff was just reckless and clumsy. Aero Star seems to be a young teenager who can hit stuff crisply.

  2. Is the ‘CMLL USA’ section cmll.com new or have I been missing it all this time? Good to see there is an archive of those CMLL flash videos up somewhere. If only I knew how to save them.

  3. It seems like every single time AAA gets something going in the US, CMLL tries to as well.

When AAA started running Texas in 2000, CMLL eventually ran dates in Houston, Ft. Myers, and I forget where else. They did Greensboro in the last year.

Yesterday, I was talking to some of the Mexican kids in the neighborhood. I was trying to find out if they watched Lucha during half time during Sunday’s Mex/US soccer game. They did. It’s funny how these kids have no problem naming the groups like Secta, but struggle to remember Ciber and Chessman wrestled.

CMLL on FSE is not so encouraging. Only a few Mexicans have told me that they watch it, or even know about it.
