First fall was rudo DQ for excessive beatdown, second fall was Mascara Ano 2000 running in for the DQ. Obviously the idea is Corleone gets all kinda of worked over to set up the big comeback next week, but it made for a poor main event this week. They teased Mistico and Lizmark not getting along, but very slightly. Perro low blowed Atlanbtis and Ultimo in the final fall of the title match, and he and Hector got the pins.

Huh. This is the most interesting Tuesday card in a while. Figured Avenro pinning Wagner was leading to something, but not a singles match. Why do they keep booking Shocker in matches? It’s not going to work out! I think the women’s match is scheduled the best for all of – I get the feud to move on in some measure, and you get no chance of it airing on TV. I presume Electrico is an Electro Shock mini, and that can’t be a good idea. Though it makes sense he’s teaming with Shockericto. CMLL.com talks about Angel Azteca Jr., and notably doesn’t say he’s Angel Azteca’s son – but if he’s just some guy who bought the gimmick, why is he being rushed on to a card?
Friday is the PPV lineup, and there are no changes there.

I can’t get my hopes up about the mini’s match making TV that week b/c it’ll be the week they show repeat PPV matches.:( They’ve never aired a Coliseo match on those weeks in the past.
The Stuka Jr./Jeque mask match is gonna be really great when it airs.
ELECTRICO! New mini’s are always fun. It’s weird though how Shocker was always known as ‘El Hombre Electrico’ and now you have Shockericto and Electrico.

Just to show how unpredictable the TV show is, they’re showing the third fall of the tercera at Arena Mexico now.
Well, looks like they’re squeezing in the tercera caida of the Tercera match last night w/ Volador, Rey etc.
I thought they might have shown that next week.
You’d think they didn’t have enough time to squeeze in the whole match or something!! :(
Holy fucking shit the finish to that match was unreal!!! Volador Jr. is awesome!
Also, I’m sure this is a one-week deal but today’s show has had surprisingly great time management.
– Fan of the week was DURING the intro.
– Lineups of the week were immediatly after the opener.
– Third fall of the tercera went straight to Momentos and now the intros of the semi-main event (and I presume the first fall as well).
BTW, next week’s show is 2:15.
I missed it – saw the springboard as Averno was on the top then the next slide was once they were on the ground – did Volador meet him in mid-air with a huracanrana or something?
Momentos SUCKED! – I know for a fact from the photos that super Novo for one hit an insane somersault dive, whether springboard or top turnbuckle, but they chose to ignore cool stuff like that for 2 boring and about-as-unspectacular-as-you-can-get womens clips.
Like i said last week, 3 of the momentos should be dedicated tot he opener – every week!
And how was the opener? i could barely make out what was going on – 3rd caida looked very short, and Mr Mexico almost done an ‘Eclipse’ from a few weeks ago – that was about all i sw
Yep, Volador caught with a frankensteiner in mid-air off a springboard. When I originally read about the finish, I thought they’d do the old Jericho SuperFrankensteiner spot but this way was so much better.
Oh, and aside from Valiente, the opener blew. Mictlan is about as generic as La Mascara.
