01/20 GdR lineup

GdR has
01/05 Lady Apache, Marcela, Sahori b Amapola, Hiroka, Mima Shimoda (this time for sure!)
01/14 Lizmark Sr., Mictlan, Satánico DQ Emilio Charles Jr., Pierroth, Shigeo Okumura
Unmasked: Universo 2000

The theory I’m going with: 2 weeks ago, when they aired the repeat match, they were supposed to air last week’s women’s match and everything’s pushed back as a result. Or it’s just random.

BTW, they’re changing my cable setup on March 20th and as of right now, I wouldn’t be getting Canal52.

10 thoughts to “01/20 GdR lineup”

  1. Probably it was a Mistake that they aired that 01/05 on Televisa? I don’t remember if the Televisa guys or the C52 guys were doing commentary… I think that when Televisa airs Coliseo, they do voiceovers on the commentary, do the C52Mx guys do voice overs on those Arena Mexico matches as well?

  2. Wow, you’re going to have loadsa fun recapping that episode Cubs! :D

It was only Fabian El Gitano/Loco Max match #362 that was missed, so it’s no big loss. Hopefully GdR just skips it and goes back to airing the Arena mex segunda from the previous week – in time for Metron/Virus/Purpura V Dr X/Misterioso/Okumura in a fortnight :)

  3. Dr. X hasn’t wrestled at Arena Mexico in months so this is quite the occasion.

BTW, CMLL.com added the full Mistico vs Averno match to their website. Or I assume it’s full at least. Havent’ watched yet.

  4. Never mind, it’s just a music video. They should do that for all the matches at Arena Mexico…

  5. “They should do that for all the matches at Arena Mexico…”

Or on TV, instead of Momentos they should have one of those videos just covering the opener. Gives the undercarders a bit of exposure (which can only be good for CMLL too), and provides new TV instead of repeat material.

Anything from Sombra/Nova V Polvora/Vaquero shown on this weeks momentos btw?

  6. They didn’t show the cool spot I wanted to see (Sombra monkey flipping himself into a frankensteiner) but they showed Vaquero dropping Sombra on his head with the Storm Cradle Driver type move he uses as his finisher. Looked nasty.

  7. Should be mentioned that the first AAA TV Taping of 2007 is going AWESOME so far. A *** opener with a ton of insanity and a **** segunda. Then an awesome promo by Ciber before the rudos vs rudos tag match. Crowd is red hot but still only 70% Toluca-ish.

I think AAA tapes TV on February 4th in Monterrey.

  8. As if more confusion is needed for the AAA Tag Team Title tournament…

Alan/Decnis vs Juventud/Psicosis never aired on TV today so does that mean it doesn’t count in the standings? The only mention was a quick clip of Psic killing himself on a tope over the top in the final highlights at the end of the show.
