Medusa yanked India’s mask.

4) Atlantis, Leono, Olímpico b Misterioso II, Mr. Águila, Shigeo Okumura

6) Lizmark Jr., Rey Bucanero, Último Dragón b Atlantis, Leono, Olímpico
7) Dos Caras Jr. b Ultimo Guerrero
Dos used the ropes for the win! How dare he. (Ultimo had done it earlier.)

Ovaciones said the arena was 3/4th big.

DVDVR’s Phil S also went to the show last night at Congress; his workrate report is on their board. I’ll be talking to Joe Gagne on Joe Versus The World sometime this evening, about this show and lucha and whatever else I can think of; check thecubsfan.com later tonight for the mp3 file.

Black Terry has video and photos from the latest AAA taping; looks like the Mascara Sagrada (big and mini) have been regimmicked as Mascara (and Mascarita) Divina. I hope they stick with a name already. El Dandy didn’t show.

In other no-showing news
– Dr. Wagner Jr. didn’t show up for the OC Fair show; estimated crowd was 10,000. There’s a pre-show article @ OC Register
– Incognito was supposed to be part of last Sunday’s TNA PPV as part of their X-Division (and a pushed Mexican face as ‘the real life Nacho Libre’), but didn’t show for unknown reasons. Perhaps he lived up to his name?

Magazines
Box y Lucha has a cover shot of Garza being strecthered out. Poster has Hector Garza (preinjury) and Stamboli
Guerreros del Ring has a Felino cover.
Super Luchas does a big feature on Saturday Night’s Main Event. (But they have Tijuana results too!)

Lineup Notes
– AAA’s taping TV on Friday and Sunday, though nothing interesting.
– CMLL tag champs team up in Arena Mexico for the first time in a month, as part of this week’s main event. Looks like we’re in a tecnicos vs Perros bit.
– in the semimain of the first Arena Lopez Mateos taping, the Mex Trios champs are teaming against a Pandilla team; title program?
– the main event of Sunday’s Arena Naucalpan show is a surprise (which means they didn’t know yet, I hope)
