Mil Mascaras, Negro Casas (Japan), LA Park and Dr. Wagner Jr. all were replaced on this card. Still pretty loaded. Not sure how they eneded up drawing.
You know, Wagner and Park aren’t scheduled to work this week’s Arena Mexico show either. Something’s up there, but I have no idea what. I guess they could just be pushing them back to next week to do Park/Wagner for the UWA Title as a double main event with the cage match.

Luchas 2000 #324 has a cover of Rey with the title (Mexico tour soon) and all 12 guys involved in the mask match next week.
I’d stop booking the two guys who are killing attendance as well.
That Monterrey show supposedly drew 7,000 or so but lots of fans got freebies as the show was going on which brought it up to 10,000 by the time the last two matches were taking place. At least Mil Mascaras was honest about no-showing – he told the promoter he wouldn’t work the show if he wasn’t in the main event. (he was originally booked in the SEGUNDA and then the tercera)

Park and Wagner are keeping Mistico and Perro off the show?
Parka/Wagner wouldn’t need Mistico/Perrito’s help if they didn’t have an ego problem where they think they know what the fans want better than they do themselves. From 15,000 to 11,000 to 9,000. Soon they’ll be drawing 5,000 for their feud which is FANTASTIC… if they were working in Monterrey ala the style of their feud.

I think the Park-Wagner feud is dead in CMLL, cause L A Park don’t want to job to Wagner in the championship match. During his matches, the Arena Mexico have the lowest gates of the year.
I don’t know why Park just doesn’t just swallow his pride and go to AAA. La Park vs La Parka would be huge.
