There’s a new wiki main page update. The featured profile works off this weekend’s WWE HOF inductees, obviously. Thanks to TakemuraMetal for adding some bios the last couple weeks. I’m going to work on cleaning up the unused pictures a bit this afternoon.
Looking for an easy way to contribute? Next time you see a luchador interview in a magazine or online, check back at the wiki and see if you’re reading details we don’t have there. If you’ve got something new, add it or edit it in. It’s not much, and it’d help build the info about more recent guys who don’t yet have profiles.
I’d advise everyone not to directly link to any picture on the wiki – save it to your computer and upload it to imageshack or something – because it may not be there in a couple weeks. (Dramatic foreshadowing.)

The weekend of April 22nd and 23rd lucha fans will have to chances to catch Lucha Libre action in the Chicago area with lucha stars that have graced both the CMLL and AAA.
April 22nd Las Lomas restaurant located at 42 N Green Bay Rd,Waukegan IL tel (847) 244-3550 will host lucha libre action.Main event will be Blue Demon Jr and Rey Misterio Sr versus Los Villanos IV and V.The semi main event will have Mascarita Sagrada and Swat Cat taking on Guerrerito del Futuro and Mini Psicosis.
April 23rd Lucha libre returns to the Congress Theater located at 2135 n Milwaukee ave,Chicago Il 60647 tel. [773] 486-6672.Main event will be Blue Demon Jr and Rey Misterio Sr versus Los Villanos IV and V.The semi main event will have Mascarita Sagrada and Swat Cat taking on Guerrerito del Futuro and Mini Psicosis.
Also appearing on the lucha cards will be local stars Lupillo el Terrible Laser 2000 Rayo Laser,
Mascara Universal and others.More information will be available as I get it.

NOW I HAVE TO JOT THIS DOWN HERE.I AM GETTING MIXED SIGNALS AS TO WHICH VENUE HAS THE SHOW ON WHICH DATE!!!! SOME OF THE PEOPLE INVOLVED ARE TELLING ME THAT THE CONGRESS THEATER WILL HAVE THE LUCHA SHOW ON SATURDAY APRIL 22ND AND THAT LAS LOMAS IN WAUKEGAN WILL HAVE THE LUCHA SHOW ON SUNDAY APRIL 23RD.THEN THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE CONNECTED TO THE SHOW WHO TELL ME THE EXACT OPPOSITE,THE LUCHA CARD WILL BE IN WAUKEGAN ON SATURDAY AND THE CONGRESS IN CHICAGO WILL HAVE THE LUCHA CARD ON SUNDAY THE 23RD OF APRIL. IT IS A REAL HEADACHE FOR ME TO FIGURE OUT. SO IF ANYONE IS GOING TO ANY OF THE TWO LUCHA SHOWS PLEASE CALL THE VENUE BY USING THE NUMBER ALREADY LISTED HERE FOR IT TO VERYF THE EXACT DATE!!!!
There is a change to the main event as well.It will now be Blue Demon Jr and Rey Misterio Sr vs Villano III and either Villano IV or Arkangel.
By the way tickets are $15 ringside $10 general seating.
My latest info on the lucha cards is that the Saturday show[April 22nd]will definately be in Las Lomas Restaurant in Waukegan and the Sunday show[April 23rd]will be at the Congress Theater in Chicago.
Arkangel de La Muerte has replaced Villano IV who had to bow out due to booking conflicts.
Tickets for this event are $10 general seating and $15 for ringside.The freebies are history!
