Lucha Times

Galavision doesn’t have a preview this week, or at least one I can find.

Saturday: Split feed – normal time on the east coast, wacky time on the west coast. Main event looks super; I really need to build a list to Robert and Ryan and everyone else’s recaps so I can figure out if it actually was awesome.

Sunday: New time and length, and it’s listed as if it’s a permeate change to 90 minutes. I assume they’ll be cutting out the Coliseo match, but I’m not really sure, nor am I sure they’ll pick up where they should’ve been last week.

GdR: I’m sticking with women + Mistico until proven otherwise.

There’s an article detailing Mascara Purpura’s Arena Coliseo debut.

Not much to Ovaciones again today. The focus is on speculating on the main event on 03/24 Two Legends show. They suggest just about every big match you might think (as well as Panther vs Atlantis), and Juan Manual Mar (Panico) promised the Coliseo shows would be extra special that week.

There’s also a little bit of new from the AAA taping. The new Reina de Reinas is Miss Janeth, an unexpected turn of events. According to this summary on Box Y Lucha, the final four were Martha (who then got DQed), Cinthia Moreno and Diabolica, with Janeth beating Diabolica to win the title.

The rest of the show’s unknown, except for Alan Stone beating Intocable in a bloody match, thanks to some help from Shocker.

The profile cards now break down by arena. I’m thinking it needs to be changed a bit – last three months instead of last month perhaps.
