The Ovaciones reporter really enjoyed Diana, for reasons not particularlly having to do with her wrestling.
3) Ultimo Dragon, Dos Caras Jr., Mr. Niebla b Tarzan Boy, Kenzo Suzuki, Gedo
Report has Kenzo as being “frustrated”, which I guess translates to “still not good”. CMLL.com, while calling him “Suzuky”, hints he may return. Be scared.
4) Universo 2000, Ultimo Guerrero, Pierroth DQ Hijo del Perro Aguayo, Damian, Halloween
Two falls; Universo gave Damian the Black Hammer in the second fall for the DQ, and the Perro del Mals were ticked. Sounds like they’re setting up a hair match out of this somehow. Next week is Universo vs Halloween.
5) Dr. Wagner Jr., Mistico, La Mascara b Rey Bucanero, Averno, Mephisto
Kinda an upset, because Mascara hasn’t been on this level as much as the other six. Ovaciones chalked it up Wagner’s leadership
6) Atlantis b El Hijo del Santo [LdP]
In a shocking turn of events, Atlantis did not cheat Santo to win the match. Instead, he cheated Mistico and had some help. Atlantis low blowed Mistico (as a cornerman for Santo), ref was distracted, Ultimo Guerrero pulled Santo’s mask, Santo covered up, and Atlantis covered him for the win. All sorts of tag challenges were made after. We had been told this was Santo’s last match in – and it looks like plans had changed.
Besides the main event of Halloween vs Universo, the semimain is Mistico, Negro Casas and Santo vs Atlantis, Ultimo Guerrero, and Olimpico. Hombre Sin Nombre returns (well, assuming it’s the same guy) in the tercera and Misterioso II is working the rudo side in the segunda.
