CMLL will kick off it’s Arena Mexico with a 16 man singles tournament. (2 eight man tournaments and one final, so it’ll take place over three week.) The gimmick is that it’ll only involve the sons of ‘retired’ wrestlers, and includes quite the varied level of performers. The 01/21 block is listed as

If you’re wondering when they might do the Canek/Wagner match, 03/21 is announced as the yearly Santo/Lutteroth tribute show. They’re going to be doing a special show in Arena Coliseo during early April to celebrate an anniversary in that building, and the Gran Alternativa tournament is scheduled for May. (Will all these things happen on these dates? Who can say.)
Maximo = Brazo de Platino, son of Brazo de Plata. He says he wanted to forge a new image for himself, and he really liked that Gladiator movie. Really.
