25 minutes before the game, I was on the phone discussing last night’s game, and stating that there’s no way they’d bother bringing up Novoa yet. Shows what I know. Everyone figured Novoa would be the first pitching callup, but who’s next if/when he fails?
Haven’t seen any word on the Pagan injury, and who knows what they’d do their either. It depends if Jacque will really be ready on Monday.
Zach Duke is good, but Zach Duke wasn’t on the mound in the 8th when Ram and Barrett had chances to drive in the tying run and failed. The 9th wasn’t too pretty either.
I fell asleep for good portions of this game, so I can’t even make up things to say.
