friendly win
Where were three months ago?
I haven’t had a chance to really examine the fiscal filing yet, nor have I heard the press conference, but the gist of it is that WWE reported net income of $11.7 million as compared to $4.4 million last year. In other words, they didn’t lose money. It should be noted that without the ad revenue (which they won’t have next quarter) and money gained from a favorable legal settlement (which they also won’t have next quarter), they’d have made less than $1 million profit.

I will bet you ANYTHING they will not have $0,000,000.00 of Ad Revenue next quarter.

Television Advertising revenues were $2.3 million
I ain’t saying, I’m just saying. It’s not just me either – look at the comments and see Sven pick up on the TSN ad revenue, specifcally mentioned in the quarterly report today.
I also correctly predicted a profit for Q3, based on Bret Hart’s DVD selling like hotcakes (up $10mil on the quarter, most but not all of the profit.)
They’ve increased their profit predictions for the year end already, so they already expect Q4 to do really well – it’ll include Rumble, WM and NWO with some buzz so duh – so the next quarter with any question is Q1 2007.
